David Cornell ACIOB founded the company in 1999, after working for other major construction companies for the previous 25 years, in an attempt to offer a more client focused consultancy.

Never afraid to be directly involved. he has renovated numerous houses himself, including digging out a basement by hand (over 20 weekends) in a London terraced town house to underpin and form an extensive living area, as much for the experience as to prove it could be done!

When asked if he was a construction expert – his comments were “probably not – an expert implies the desire and compulsion for higher & higher education and a requirement for perfectly run projects – I have never seen a perfectly run project yet! - my expertise comes from succeeding for over 30 years in the “construction game” listening to peoples requirements and using my skill and that of others to achieve the best possible results”.

OTT Projects is a Hertfordshire based company that works predominately in the south-east, they have however worked as far north as Berwick on Tweed and fairly extensively on the south coast and will consider projects in most parts of England.
